Manchester, autobus: £2 per gli adulti e £1 sotto i 16 anni
Annunciate le nuove tariffe per gli autobus a Greater Manchester.
A partire da domenica 4 settembre gli adulti pagheranno non più di £2 per un singolo viaggio in autobus, mentre £5 saranno sufficienti per un giorno di viaggi illimitati all’interno 10 distretti con la AnyBus Adult Travelcard fino alle 03.59 del giorno successivo.
I bambini dai 5 ai 16 anni pagheranno non più di £1 per ogni singolo viaggio in autobus, mentre per la AnyBus Junior Travelcard, £2,50 saranno sufficienti per un giorno di viaggi illimitati.
I bambini di età inferiore ai cinque anni continueranno a viaggiare sugli autobus gratuitamente.
Le nuove tariffe sono state introdotte 12 mesi prima del lancio dei primi servizi di autobus in franchising a Greater Manchester, previsto per settembre 2023, segnando un'importante pietra miliare nella consegna del Bee Network, progetto ideato al fine di introdurre un sistema di trasporti simile a quello londinese.
L’introduzione di tali tariffe ridotte contribuiranno inoltre ad alleggerire il costo della vita in continuo aumento.

New bus fares announced in Greater Manchester.
Starting Sunday, September 4, adults will pay no more than £2 for a single bus trip, while £5 will be enough for a day of unlimited travel within 10 districts with the AnyBus Adult travelcard until 03.59 the next day.
Children aged five to 16 will pay no more than £1 per bus trip, while for the AnyBus Junior travelcard, £2.50 will be enough for one day of unlimited travel.
Children under the age of 5 will continue to travel on buses free of charge.
The new tariffs were introduced 12 months before the launch of the first franchised bus services in Greater Manchester, scheduled for September 2023, marking an important milestone in the delivery of the Bee Network, project designed to introduce a transport system similar to that of London.
The introduction of these reduced rates will also help to reduce the ever-increasing cost of living.
