Manchester: Italian Awards, 6th edition at Hilton Hotel
The 6th edition of the Italian Awards took place at the Hilton Hotel in Manchester, comparable to the Oscars for Italian food businesses in the United Kingdom. 18 awards from the best chef, the best business, the best restaurant to the best family business.
Judging the candidates has been the celebrity award ambassador, chef Aldo Zilli.
Nicola Cassel opened the evening by singing the Italian anthem.
Evident was the emotion among those present to hear the hymn of Mameli resound on an occasion that recognizes the work and commitment carried out in their premises day after day.
The organizer was also thrilled.
Choral and masterful organization supported by numerous sponsors and partners, like UK Confederation present with the north England branch. There was also the honorable Simone Billi representing the Italians government.

All’Hilton Hotel di Manchester si è svolta la 6 edizione degli Italian Awards, paragonabili agli Oscar per la ristorazione italiana nel Regno Unito. 18 i premi assegnati dal miglior chef, al migliore business, dal miglior ristorante al miglior family business.
A giudicare i candidati come award ambassador è stato il celebrity chef Aldo Zilli.
Nicola Cassel ha aperto la serata intonando l’inno italiano.
Evidente l’emozione tra i presenti a sentir risuonare l’inno di Mameli in un’occasione che riconosce il lavoro e l’impegno svolto nel proprio locale giorno dopo giorno.
Emozionato anche l’organizzatore.
